What You’ll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our AI-driven sports-tech solutions to life. You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Build and optimize scalable APIs and back-end services that power real-time and data-intensive applications.

• Work closely with the product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences, with a focus on performance and responsiveness.

• Implement clean, modular, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end systems.

• Drive architectural decisions and technical improvements that support long-term scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and elevate the overall code quality of the team.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development and proactively implement best practices.

• Take ownership of features from ideation to deployment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive engineer who thrives in building end-to-end solutions. You have:

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in start-up or scale-up environments.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Deep knowledge of Node.js and experience with back-end frameworks like Express or NestJS.

• Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, and integrating with third-party services.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.

• A sharp eye for design and UX, with the ability to translate Figma designs into performant front-ends.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a technical lead role.

• A proactive, hands-on attitude and passion for shipping high-impact products.

• Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

• The first 6 months, salaries will be paid by Talent Network Kosova.
