Office Support Engineer

Our valued partner, Leaders in the Payment Solution Provider, in the Netherlands and Europe, with an office in Kosovo, have decided to increase their team in Kosovo. We are looking for the best candidates of: Office Support Engineer

As an Office Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees in Kosovo and the Netherlands. You will handle a wide range of IT support requests, both on-site and remotely, ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, Windows, MacOS, and networking (Fortinet).

You will work closely with our IT team and internal users to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to employees in Kosovo and the Netherlands (on-site and remote).
  • Support users with Windows and MacOS systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other Microsoft services.
  • Handle issues related to Azure AD, Intune, and cloud-based services.
  • Ensure employees can access the required IT systems and applications.

Device Management & Configuration:

•   Manage and configure Windows & MacOS devices.

•   Deploy and manage Intune MDM policies for device security and compliance.

•   Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and performance issues.

Networking & Security:

•   Support network configurations with a focus on Fortinet firewalls and VPN setups.

•   Ensure secure and reliable connectivity for office locations.

•   Assist in resolving network-related issues and optimize performance.

System Administration & Documentation:

•   Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Azure AD.

•   Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and asset tracking.

•   Work with IT leadership to improve support processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

•   2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

•   Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365 services.

•   Experience with Windows & MacOS support (troubleshooting, configuration, software installation).

•   Basic networking knowledge, particularly Fortinet firewalls and VPNs.

•   Ability to handle user support tickets efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

•   Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.

Preferred Skills

•  Experience with Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

•  Familiarity with IT security best practices.

• Understanding of cloud-based environments and SaaS solutions.
