Your role:
As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Company’s Finance function. You will take ownership of the day-to-day revenue invoicing process with oversight from the Credit Controller, manage 3rd party software procurement from a Finance perspective, provide critical support for the AP process, engage with local Kosovan service providers from a Finance perspective, and work on various Finance related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for Company’s revenue invoicing process with oversight from the Credit Controller, using our internal sales system and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Provide revenue insights and analysis monthly for internal management and board reporting.
- Key member of team tasked with implementing a new Contract module in Microsoft Dynamics GP which will drive further automation of the revenue invoicing process.
- Manage the procurement process from a Finance perspective, including procurement of 3rd party software, hardware and associated support.
- Provide support to the AP process, utilizing our own procure to pay technology.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when requested.
- Aid the Finance department as requested.
- Assist in delivering the external audit process requirements.
- Always ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by the business/VP of Finance/CFO.
Your profile:
- Previous work experience in a small to medium Finance function, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Proficient in Accounting.
- Comfortable taking ownership of processes from start to finish.
- Always seeking ways to make processes more efficient.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP would be a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Fluent spoken & written English with experience applying it in a work environment on a day-to-day basis.
